Chelsey Phelps

              Platform: Domestic Abuse: Healing, Awareness, Prevention

 

        Chelsey Phelps is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign

with a degree in Psychology/Speech Communication. While at the University, she

was the Vice-President of Alumni Relations and President of the Women's Glee

Club. She Aspires to obtain a Master's Degree in Forensic Psycology. Chelsey was

previously Miss Blackhwak Valley, Miss Mississippi Crown, and Miss Rock Island

County. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, acting, fishing, target shooting, and

playing pool.
